Sure, once you've gone though the screening process you're good to go with that agency. But my problem is with some of the personally identifying info they ask you to hand over. I understand there's risk inherent in the hobby (on both sides) but I don't see them offering to give you their personal data so you can verify them. And once you relinquish control of your info it can live on forever in someone else's digital or hardcopy records. How many times has it happened where an agency is busted and client records make their way into the public arena, even years later? So even if a client doesn't have personal circumstances today that would be adversely impacted, who knows about the future?
Also, with the way LEO is expanding the definition of "trafficking" and using aggressive tactics like going after phone and bank records, I'm not willing to give my personal info to a potential high-value target like a K-girl agency. There are plenty of good non-screening options out there so that's a deal-breaker for me.
Monger checklist.
1. Monger / hobby-name -- pick one you can remember. A generic work identity is also good (I'm a contractor).
2. Burner phone. Cost less than $125 every two years. Purchased with cash. Phone cards also purchased with cash.
3. Schedule carefully using "unaccountable time" (be consistent in real life and monger life -- not suspicious).
4. Don't "fall in love" - the best ATF will convince you it is love -- its not really (but it may be close enough to be really good).
RULE ZERO and RULE FINAL: Always be nice to the lady. (I do not understand those that use abusive language or think / express bad things about the ladies. If a provider is a bad provider, let everyone know, but if she is a "professional in this line of work" she is still a lady and should be treated as such.
NR.
