This report or more like an inquiry pertains to Sunday, Oct 3rd around 7 pm. I don't travel the streets very much at all these days as the streets seemed to have changed a whole lot over the years. I keep seeing the same tired ones over and over each time out but on the day and time I just mentioned I was heading down Penn and as I hit Marceau I noticed a barefoot cute dark haired girl in shorts and a short top round the corner onto Penn. Just then a downpour of rain started. I circled around and missed her the first time and as I came around the 2nd time someone had already scooped her up. She had to be soaked to the bone. So I think I may have missed a rare opportunity to discover someone new. Were any of you lucky enough to pick her up? Broadway, hell some guys will flip a you-turn right on the main drag to get a girl too. The more careful and discreet way is to make eye contact and then turn off onto the next side street and let her walk up to you. When they get up to your vehicle, unlock the passenger side door and motion them in. They get in and you start moving, don't do any talking with the girl leaning in your window or half into your car while still standing on the street. If the girl is working, she'll jump in your ride.
