The girl in the room can legally audio record you because she is part of the conversation. The owner can't unless they are in the room also.

But video is totally different because you are getting undressed. It would be like a Walmart manager putting cameras inside the dressing rooms to stop shop lifting. They can't do that. Outside the dressing rooms they can but not in them.

The only way is to go thru the courts and then it can get complicated also. If you go to just get a massage only and they record you naked you might have a court case in your favor.

The police have their agenda, the store owner has their agenda, the paying customer at a open for business has their agenda who just happens to be naked. Does the landlord have the right to get involved in anything other than the lease agreement? A "good" lawyer can pick it apart. As in Jupiter all it takes is one camera bust or hey there's a bomb in the plaza in a Subway Sandwich store LOL, and it throws EVERYONE into high alert blowing LE cover. That's why I say I think the Jupiter circus was a isolated case mainly because who was shopping there. This is a big country with thousands of AMP's and this happens at one store in Jupiter Fl, come on. Will it give LE in other areas an idea? Time will tell.

Would be great if RK offered a reward for any one to come forward who got a strictly legit massage at that spa during the period of the recording and then funded a counter suit for invasion of privacy. Even better would be if video footage of guys / or a chick who only got legit services got leaked.

Again, not a lawyer but we should all keep in mind that in many situations the desired goal of police is to make an arrest and charge a suspect (s). It's not to get the right guy or even get a guy who will ultimately be found guilty and or serve time. That's why a week doesn't go by that you don't see someone getting off on a technicality. Now the fact that you are eventually found not guilty or have your charges dropped doesn't change that you were arrested or the public perception of you if you happen to be famous, married, have a certian job or so forth. It also in many cases doesn't save you if you loss something due to civil forfeiture or whatever it's called when the cops take your shit and sell it. My point is that we can't always rely on police doing the right thing in the course of an investigation. So some law saying that a recording of you can't be used against you in court won't stop you from getting arrested for what's on the recording and without the right lawyer may not stop you from going to jail.

Again I'm not a lawyer but personally when I do got to massage parlors I don't mention money period. I also rely on resources like this board to know which places are likely to do happy endings and if I'm not at one of those I generally don't chance it unless the chick seems to touch my dick and balls more than once or makes certain hand motions. The threat comes from economics. I used to know an actual massage therapist. She had to pay for a liscence, training and so forth. She also chose to work at a place like masssage envy that took a huge cut of her wages. Eventually she bought a table and started working for herself, but she admitted that some guys were to put it polite sketchy in a way she rarely experienced at massage envy. So for her the threat was that instead of going to massage envy guys would go to the AMP because they knew at massage envy they'd pay the same or more and not get a he. For old uncle sam, he loses money on license fees as well as income taxes. Likely not enough to offset the police effort but apparently looking soft on crime doesn't get you elected and being too hard on the wrong types of crimes don't get you reelected.

Giving illegal HE and 2. Are victims. Not all give HE and doesn't matter if she can't speak one word of English she can find a job anywhere at anytime and leave any store she is not happy with.
