Standard rates apply.$50 for room and $150 for full service. I just paid the $150 and didn't ask what the rates were. My normal provider Cookie wasn't working. Yeah I went to PC a couple of weeks ago and had a sublime experience there, yes I got to agree with you there about being out west does make it difficult to compare and contrast AMPs since there is only one.
