My impression is that there is drug usage there. The place looks dirty and a the talent to me seemed strung out when I was there.

With that said, being an apartment complex, forget discretion, there's always people around but they don't mind none. The place is clean but there's like a bunch of girls and only one room. If you like them younger, this is the place to go right now for br.
