Given the chances I'm going to fly a girl here are absolutely zero, I have set my profile to be hidden from search and the dashboard (look under settings). I never get any random profile views anymore, no spam messages, etc. It reduces all of the noise in a very significant way.

Go into the settings and change your "Searches and Dashboard" to "Hidden" and most of that shit will stop.
