Since I have a few "friends" that are providers I end up hearing so much of both sides of the hobby. I will give you an example.

She will wait until you arrive at the location she gives you and then tell you that in order to see her, you must get a Prepaid Visa Card, OR She will ask you to call her when you are on the way to her Hotel and will then tell you that you must stop and get the Prepaid Visa for her.

EVEN IF you do get the card then you will not see her because she will ask you to take a picture of the front and back of the card and text it to her.
