I think the only way that you may get what you are looking for is you're going to have to establish some kind of relationship with a provider. Like the saying goes YMMV. Everybody's personalities differ so you get along with some people and just can't hit it off with others. Just treat them with respect and as if she were a girl you were dating. When you find the right one, you will know. It might take a couple of sessions, but believe me, it'll be worth it. I have my current ATF and everything with her is total GFE. Just curious, have you asked your usual providers if they would give you these things? I was once a regular customer of a provider who always did CBJ, until one time when I asked if she would mind doing it without the cover. She agreed and thereafter always did BBBJ on me. It really doesn't hurt to ask. The one absolute in this hobby is YMMV. A provider may do things for some customers, but not others. The provider may just like some customers more than others, and provide different levels of service for the same price. Or by luck you catch a provider when she is in a really good mood and she does everything you want. If you are not satisfied with your usual providers, you just have to keep looking. If you had good experiences with these ladies, LMK. She never tried to get me to upsell with a tip and was very easy to be around.

I also saw posts from others regarding her mentioning other people giving her extra tip. If they do, good for them. Please do not think that forces you to do the same. If she does this, it may be for the uninitiated. If this works, good for her because it doesn't affect me.

I did not know about the accidents. Maybe that had something to do about her caution but I am sure she will be more at ease if I see her again.

Kelly is not the only one. There are a number of them who will act jealous or hurt if you reveal you were somewhere else. There have been times I've gone to see her without an appt and she was MS that night and she was fine if I see someone else THERE. This also applies to other adult places like strip clubs. If you are a regular there and see another girl, a lot of them tell you how hurt they were or if you didn't show up one week, how much they missed you or was looking for you on a particular night. That's the game and it is part of the gamesmanship. Feel free to play, but know the rules. However, NEVER forget that it is ONLY a game!

BTW, in no way am I putting Kelly down. I love the girl and she is a very nice person. Unfortunately, she is working less and less and taking more of an "administrative role." Never had a bad experience with her and we have a good understanding between us.
