Not sure if further South it gets any better than Tijuana.
Ensenada has very small selection, higher prices. Cabo, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta all have smaller selection with much higher prices.
I have been to many cities in Mexico. Tijuana has always had better selection of hot girls from all over Mexico, with lower prices, for at least the last 30 years.

Just a quick note. Just got back from Minnesota. I found their track and holy scary batshit. Be very thankful we have what we have. Their track is out of a scary movie.
