As Lilly21 recently noted, there *are* very attractive women who are a.) providers and be.) present themselves professionally. I have noticed a big improvement in the local hobby scene since the old message boards started up around 2000. No one here doubts Dawn, for example; and she is young, attractive, and posts good pictures of herself. The same can be said of Dixie and Silk.
I understand the need to be vigilant. Ask questions. Check reviews. I had the pleasure of meeting Christina last Friday afternoon. I must say, she is a breath of fresh air in the "nati. Easy to contact, Great communication skills, even when her biz phone went on the fritz.
We had a little get to know you time, talked about her days as a "walker" on reading road, (down on her luck, needed to make something happen immediately) , and many other topics. I found her to be intelligent, conversational, and very down to earth. In fact, she showed more class than many of my previous experiences with providers in any price range, and made me feel comfortable from the start. (No flames to any other providers in particular)
We moved to the bed, got comfortable, and I enjoyed one of the best GFE experiences ever; especially considering this was a first meeting. Without going into the details, all of the expected activities took place. She takes direction well, and seamlessly. Her skill set is very good, to great! Her pricing is as advertised, and I will definitely repeat.
Treat her well fellas, and we'll keep her around for a while.

I referred to his post, but I in no way supported it. So there is no "lesser degree", I wasn't on the same side as When When at all.
I also said that we need to maintain an atmosphere that welcomes new providers (like Erika).

Recently someone posted about Generation Y. Yes, Gen Y is open to doing a lot of sexual things however, they also have a big problem with Herion use. Herion, Meth, Opiates (pain pills) and not to be left out Bath Salts and Spice!
I am coming accross the slender young girls but the drugs are soooo popular with the Gen Y crowed.
I am aware that many guys don't care if a girl is a drug addict but I am not fuckin them I am working with them and the trouble that comes along with these drugs are not worth my time or yours.
Remember 2 things. 1.) Drug addicts have to try to roll over on someone because thay cannot spend time in jail without their fix.
2.) A quote from William Burrows "Never trust a junkie"!
Believe me. I find the right ones I would hire them but pickins are getting slim when drugs are a deal breaker.
As for Ginger. Don't knock the one you haven't tried she might change your life!

I have lived in many big cities and when setting up you just really never no what to expect. The difference quite simply is the person watching the movie or the person making the movie, both see it differently.

I guess I drew an incorrect conclusion when I read the title of your post, "Erika513. I guess I took these statements to mean that you agreed with WhenWhen and thought she was a cop and that her ads looked strange. I agree that you didn't come out and directly accused her of deceit or being LE and you [I]did[/I] cast it in such a way that left the possibility that she was for real. That was why I used the words "lesser degree". So, I hope you can see my confusion.
Upon re-reading your post, I can see that perhaps you were simply using this case as a means to promote your ideas regarding the vetting of new Providers. However, I still really don't see where you were challenging WhenWhen to "prove it or retract the insinuations" in this post. Perhaps I am still missing something.

I perhaps could have been clearer. WhenWhen's original post was flippant and accusatory, and didn't really add anything to the conversation.
My point was: Okay, we have a new provider who is younger than the norm, and no one seems to know her. In light of the recent LE activity in Dayton (in which hobbyists were targeted by undercover LE) it is natural to have some questions. This is why we need to more systematically vet new providers.
So I raised the same question in what I hoped was a more constructive and sensitive way. The result, thanks to chiming in from Buddah and others, is that no one now has any doubts about Erika.
My opinion (and again, I perhaps could have been clearer) is that we need to openly raise issues like this. If there is someone on the board who is undercover LEO, let's expose them and send them packing. On the other hand, we need a mechanism by which to make sure that new, legitimate ladies can work here without a cloud of suspicion.

It is because of the money (being shorted / stiffed) , possibility of drama / drugs / violence, and because some girls are scared of 'big logs'.

I cannot blame the providers since some of us have proven to be disrespectful to providers. I have been in this hobby for over a decade so I get it. I happen to be a professional living in a big house in an exclusive suburb. I have had a lot of providers come to my house and state that they did not think I was black because of the neighborhood I live in. I had to break though with the right providers who gave me enough references to stay in the hobby. I still feel the pain if I really want to see a provider who states "no AA men." I am successful sometimes due to my long time membership on this site in addition to my numerous reviews on The othER site. I want to thank all the providers who have given me an opportunity to see them. I now have providers reaching out to me to see them. I have not had a compliant yet and I always pay the right price, tip and in some cases, give out gifts. Hey, good black guys need some loving too.

I will be visiting the area this coming weekend and looking to have a good time next Sunday night. I'm interested in 2 options. First would be an overnight from 7 or 8pm to 7 or 8 am. Preference would be for a petite spinner with an open menu. Prefer 25 or younger but willing to see any age. Second option is a doubles for 2 to 4 hours. Sometimes, they don't want to risk word getting out to potential civilian daters.

It is a traumatic event and if it ever happens to you that you have a gun in your mouth I think you would feel a little traumatized also and sometimes women like to talk and in doing they have mentioned deragatory terms aout the guy who did such things.

I don't give a rat's ass if a provider is a racist but I could never say that I "understand" nor ever try to justify their reasoning. I couldn't care less what race other guys prefer either.

My problem is that you seem to "understand" this to be "the" reason why some providers choose not to see Black clients. Have you heard this from 1, 2, several. 50, or even 100 providers? Numbers matter and when you insinuate that you have an understanding of why this type of thing occurs, based upon your in depth conversations with some of the providers that you have seen, and you choose to post about it, you come across as an ignoramus.

Amen Brother! I agree with you on all points. Lumping everyone into one category, based upon your experience with one or two individuals, is out of touch with where we are at as a society. I feel very strongly about this type of "talk" and choose not to associate with others who have these types of beliefs or tolerate them.

When it comes down to it. Who cares? Does the "why" really matter? I always let a new lady know up front that I am overweight, just in case she has a problem with it. If she doesn't want to see me either because of personal preference (isn't attracted to fat guys) or misperceptions (fat guys have bad hygiene because they sweat in their cracks and crevices and don't clean up well prior to meetings) , I just move on. I actually am glad that she let me know she has that preference, or bias if you prefer, so that there wasn't a disappointing session on my part because I paid my hard earned dollars and she could not fake being "into" me. Whether that is true or not, most white people choose to follow this advice. Most providers probably receive the same advice about black clients when they enter the business. Most have probably not had a bad experience with a black client. They however choose to follow the advice of senior providers or someone who has been in the business for a long time.
