Went there Wensday and Thursday nights around 9 pm.

Doors was locked and from the outside it don't look like no activity there in awhile.

I noticed Lust put reserved signs on all the tables along the wall by the dj booth when the covid orders expired. They must be trying to generate revenue by charging people to sit there now.

Bucks Platinum I hear is trying to open sometime in July.

Many who I have never seen, but doesn't mean they weren't there before. A couple from the Palms days who are still extremely attractive. There were a few on Saturday that were ummm well proportioned if you like that kind. Predominately ebony. A couple of lighter skinned. All were looking for guys to talk to and always someone on stage. Not sure if management will last, but they put some money into remodelling. New carpet, paint, etc. Same shitty smelling bathroom.

Back in the days of sapphire / ebony / etc, if they had four girls working that was a lot. And now they have ones actually dancing on stage. Amazing.

Stopped in Chablis on Saturday. They cleaned up the club with new carpet and paint. They had about five dancers working and changed the name of the place to Climax. We stayed for one drink and during that time zero dancers were dancing. The place looks nice but is basically the same.

Management at Lust finally stepped in and ended the ridiculous prices the girls was charging. They can't make up their own prices anymore. All dances are now $25.

Overheard a couple girls complaining about it saying it should be at least $30.

I went back for a couple dances from a girl that used to charge $40 and she pushed hard for a tip to make up the difference. When she stopped at the counter I asked the guy if tips are now required and he replied no.

Stopped by the club formally known as Scarlett's Saturday afternoon later in the day. Now known as Bucks Rack under new ownership. Positives: The remodel is very nice, the bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Negatives: $5 cover at 4 PM, I'd is scanned, must pass through a metal detector (good or bad?) and there were only 2 dancers, so very little stage action.

I had a couple of beers at $4. 00 each, stayed for about an hour. The DJ played only rap music. I was told the night shift has up to 25 dancers. I normally am not on the side of town at night so I won't be verifying that. I'll give it another try in a few weeks as hopefully, they will have more dayshift entertainers.

Fairly full but did not go in, was a food truck outside and based on the patrons outside I would have been awfully pale in there. Not that it matters to me. I use to go in the Palms late in its existence. Oh and charging a cover with 2 dancers is pure BS. There should be a minimum number of dancers before they do that shit. Without them, it is just a bar.

I had no time last night but since I was in the area I wanted to see how many cars at Chablis with its recent review. About a dozen, which seems low given what was said recently. This will be the next Toledo club I set foot in to test the waters. I still go north when that itch occurs.

Monday evening about 8 pm the parking lot at the "new" Bucks had about 10 cars in it. Decided to stop in and the door girl required $10.00 cover charge .

Inside there were 3 chicks at the end of the bar that would have looked at home at Wallmart. After 15 minutes a different girl went on stage for a single dance. Finished my beer and left.

Crappy service, horrible talent. Turned out to be a $15 dollar beer. Twin Peaks is a better time.

Started out at Climax last night about 10 pm. Attractive girl at the door and a $5. 00 cover charge. The place looks good with some updates. Went to get a beer and the one bartender was texting and not paying attention. I managed to get beer about 5 minutes later no big deal. Maybe 5 girls working and not one spoke to us. One did finally get on the dace floor. The place looks good but still pretty much the same old place. On a side note they sell food outside and it's very good. Next stop Lust and sat at a table and the servers were at the other end of the bar as if we were invisible. After 10 minutes I asked one of the security guys to get us a server. She came over not looking too happy but took care of the drinks. Girls dancing on the stage and quite a few girls working. Last stop Buck's and quite a few security personal working. The place was pretty crowded with about 30 girls working. Two girl rotation on the stage. The servers took care of us right away. The place started getting real busy about 1 am. About the time I was leaving. All in all Lust and Buck's were good and I would pass on Climax until they get things running better.

Platinum now is also Bucks. Just added Bucks to the Platinum title on front.
