I looked a t the google map inset on the CL ad, looks like it was in the middle of see'burg not at the mall. But the number and address is NRV mall. The new ad's picture & wording made me think this was a typical AMP setup. For a second there, thought there was hope for the new river area. Sorry to get hopes up.
