If you right click on the image and select "copy image URL" then paste that into the "Enter image address" field of tineye it will work. This image gets a ton of hits.

However, I have learned that fake pics do not always mean fake ad, but I would not risk it without references or very thorough check.

IMHO all of the visiting Asian girls we have seen here in the past few years have used "borrowed" pictures. I don't think you can derive too much info from this fact.
