Been reading what's said here and both points are true.
There's 2 parts, to quote Billy The Kid, there's "Law Way" (legal no bull shit charge or set up).
You can go into a motel with a hooker right in front of LE or you can pick up a SW right there on the street right in front of LE with no problem. I wouldn't suggest doing it but! It is not illegal to walk into a building with someone or pickup someone on a street corner.
The 2nd part is where you can get "Fucked by LE".
1. Bad Cop's try to set you up (their word against yours which is a grey area in court) try to plant drugs in the situation (get a good lawyer).
2. They catch you fucking in the motel but did NOT catch the transaction of cash and still arrest you (get a lawyer) its not illegal for 2 adults to fuck in a Motel
3. Catch you doin it out in public, charge indecent exposure.
4. Catch you & her with drugs or drug paraphernalia (this is very likely to happen with SW) doesn't mattered it's hers you are both together.
To sum it up a half way decent lawyer can get you out of trouble because you have to be caught breaking the law say it again CAUGHT. Now a cop not playing by the rules that's a total different fight.
You are more likely to get into trouble with a wife or girlfriend finding a strange looking pipe, hair beret or ear ring in between the car seat. Honey who does this belong too? I once found a empty condom pack in one of our company cars, WTF kind of lunch breaks are these people taking? Know the laws and always check your pockets and car before going home.

If you get pulled over then answer the bare minimum and don't tell lies. If you deal with internet hookers then don't use your real phone number. Lastly, I'll say don't believe anything a cop says. The only fair thing about our legal system is that technically we can all buy justice even if most of us can't afford it.

Proof is generally needed for court (jurors can be fickle though) but the standard to arrest you or hold you for questioning is different. The other party of the transaction agreeing to cooperate is enough for an arrest after which it will be up to you to challenge the validity of the witness especially if there's no corroborating evidence. It's worth noting here that many guys arrested for getting a hooker will self incriminate and or take a deal (in other words they agree to plead guilt and register as a sex offender waiving the right to a trial and skipping doing jail time). It's also worth noting that cops can essentially say whatever they want but the the signs off on deals and yes that includes deciding to allow Gummy Jane to be the only witness against a series of Johns she claimed paid her for sex.

IIRC if you're on probation you still have rights but your probation officer has the obligation to check that you are satisfying the conditions of your probation (or parole if you're in that group). In order to do this, they have to be able to check on you and don't need a warrant to do it. Again NAL but IIRC you can deny the cops the right to search in which case they would need a warrant or to have your probation officer present. Most cops ask if you're on probation because if you refuse the search they can call your PO. It's worth nothing that as with people who aren't on probation the cops will violate your rights and anything they find becomes fruit of the poisonous tree, caveat being that you have to win one or more motions to have the evidence excluded.

Number 3 is correct. That said, arresting Johns is rarely a big enough deal to offer a street hooker or internet escort a deal that requires getting Johns. Most stings are to stop traffic in neighborhoods and hotels or to help with anti-trafficking efforts.

Did a late night cruise. Seemed pretty dead out there saw nothing really of interest, as in a few cars here and there. Saw a very pale and thick legged WSW walking around near the auto stores. Saw a BSW walking a couple streets over in some pink booty shorts had a phat ass but def looked too manly in the face and I didn't want to go down that road. So about a week ago (Sorry for not posting this sooner. Been quite busy with life), I was touring CH after not seeing a lot of SWS. On my way down Pleasant Lane, I noticed 2 BSWS. Both looked good, tho they seemed to be trying to catch the attention of passing cars & walking right down the street. Not even on the sidewalk! She started crying and having a breakdown.

I offered her a few dollars for her time but she was so emotional she refused it. She's in a bad way right now and seems plagued by many demons since her, uhm, BF got locked up. One real skinny, but not the angry one and another one who had a decent body and seemed not as worn out as the usual crowd out there.
