Today's so-called anti-trafficking groups tend to be on the political and cultural left, thinking they are liberating women. And I don't believe anyone's accused MSNBC of being a conservative network.
As for Howard County, perhaps it's best to maintain a low profile these days. I've spent little, if any, time mongering there over the last 10-15 years.

I once called that service from one of my current numbers, but never arranged a meeting. My number is in those phone records somewhere.
If just a few numbers are released, no problem for me. If the full list is run through OCR software and put on a website, my number could be found.
