Late Sunday earling Monday morning around 11:30. 12:30am. I guess it was probably for several hours. I saw some unmarked cars in the Webster area and surrounding streets and then saw a couple of marked cars on standby by Trinity College. The girl was hispanic, early mid 20s, and 5'5. Was pretty decent looking and into area well. She is dangerous as she can really fool you. Be careful!

Always be vigilent and scope the area.

Was in Hartford this day around noon. Drove down Wethersfield Ave. , took some side streets, no luck. I feel kind of stupid because I am always coming up empty. Perhaps I need to move to a different area. Did have luck a while back over by the Hospital but that seems empty also. Help!

I was driving last week and saw her walking down a side street near Weth Ave. I actually thought she was pretty decent looking and has a very good personality and friendly. Three marked cars had a 50-60 year old white guy stopped and detained on Franklin Ave driving a decent car, spidey sense told me something was up big time. Thank the Lord I did not pick anyone up and decided to leave. As I was doing this, saw three pretty hot white girls walking down Weth Ave being followed by a black guy. The white girls were in short tops and mini skirts in their 20-30 range. All three had great bods and thought they were probably the heat as well, don't know. Careful out there.
