I have some skills when it comes to finding out their true identity and I have some skills when it comes to running counter intelligence on the cops and sometimes it's just luck or a case of a broken clock is right twice a day.
I still have t found out all the details like whether or not they were targeting a specific area of town or just randomly going after people but I'm sure you'll see the story here soon because the true punishment in these cases comes through public humiliation and shaming.
