LE has put one of those spy camera's on e 10th. It's on a telephone pole across from the old Rivoli theater. You can see the blue light flashing. I don't know what the range is on those things but I won't be making pick ups in that immediate area anymore.

Three suspicious posts about CL girls using either identical pix, or identical phone numbers have appeared recently on this forum. Two posts list the identical with Cincinnati area code phone numbers, and two give the identical pictures.

Two points:

Based on the fact that Cincinnati mongers hardly recognize the girls in the pictures, they may be rip-offs. That combined with the overlapping details of the posts, extreme caution is urged.

As with ALL CL explorations, be super cautious for

a: rip-off scams. Follow the age tested rules of mongering: [url]http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?p=595181#post595181[/url]

and

b: LE stings. Do NOT commit to or speak of any illegal activity until you get a serious indication from them (YOU know the LE test...)

Both traps happen with regularity.

These posts suggest an "organized" crime, whether by LE or by scammers.

Coming back from Long's this morning I spotted a tall, slender ebony gal coming out of WC. She had long black hair, jean jacket and jeans. Seems LE has put up at least a couple more - at Minnesota & State and Churchman & Morris. I haven't personally verified these, a little bird told me.

I doubt these cameras are being put up just to target mongers, probably more to do with drug crimes but they will be watching for everything.

If they can read a license plate on a moving car, you can bet they're pretty good. They were stated as multipurpose crime prevention, so I'd say it's likely vice would be using them too. I'm not interesting in gleaning the streets myself, so no worries here, but for those of you who are, I'd be watching where those things are going up with an eagle eye.

She told me that she works for an agency and that is why there is more then one post, different pictures, same number.

In Cincinnati, cameras have been mounted on hot corners for quite a while. I do not know the status of traffic cameras, but know that some patrol cars are equipped with cameras and computers to scan license plate of cars on the street. The surveillance cameras are to spy on street activity. These have been know to catch drug deals AND SW pickups... Here is a picture on one of them at Vine Street and Elder in Cincinnati:

I would urge mongers who are cruising in Dayton to look on roof tops overlooking particularly hot corners in Dayton for these surveillance cameras and PLEASE POST YOUR FINDINGS! It is the true power and value of combining all our eyes which makes this forum valuable. Traffic cameras are usually mounted on traffic lights, not building tops. Let us all know if you find out differently.

St. was another wsw dirt blond about 5’ 2” spinner, didn’t get to see her face as she was walking west, the same direction as I was heading but she had on a light brown waist jacket with rabbit fur around the bottom and collar. Did the loop back and she was gone.

Went on down to State and turned around head back east spotted a bsw about 5’ 2” spinner and looked to be in early 20 about 3 block east of Emerson Ave on the north side of Wash. St.. Looped back around and she was gone also. If any of you mongers picked up the two blond wsw PM me and let me know how it went as I’d like to give them a try next time. Over the years I’ve found that the Holidays and at the end and beginning of each month there seem to be more activate going on with the sw scene. LE activate was very light up till I left for home at 12:00

I actually Know a little about these camera systems and how they work in Indy. They are not monitored 24 hours a day. Maybe 40 hours a week at most. Unless a sting is on then who knows. But the Department of Homeland security came thru and gave a bunch of money for this system. But I can say with great certanty, that it is not monitored 24-7. Be careful and you should have no problems.
