I'm sure someone can google it and find a bunch of different definitions. I like mine. So, in the hopes of not badgering anyone, I submit that we should be able to use a "rants and raves" forum for exactly the purpose of expressing opinions we feel strongly about and believe to be true. Those with differing opinions can use the rants and rave forum for the same reason. So I don't live in Atlanta but I travel there frequently and it's my favorite playground.

I like to plan my fun in advance and I like to keep a line of regulars of different flavors and talents. Of course, the line needs to be replenished now in then.

I'm professional, clean and not cheap. I search for great service, I recognize quality when I find it, and I reward it.

But when I reach out to promising talent and I lay out the above, often it's crickets. That's fine, because it helps to weed out the trash. BUT, for the life of me, I don't get it. Girl selling 3 holes for 120 an hour, struggling to make bills, living hand to mouth, and she passes up a paycheck because it's two weeks out. WTF? Stupid.

But I don't argue or beg. I just yell NEXT. Then I wait for the hidden gem.

If you want that type of 2 week advance chick you need to look at an agency. Its going to cost you about 3 $-6 $ per hour but it will fit your needs. I have not tried to schedule two weeks in advance, but I'll bet they would be willing to work with you if you come at them right.
