A friend of mine was busted Friday afternoon on Austin Peay. He was approached.

By an undercover. She offered "You can have everything for $25". He said "OK".

She said to pull behind this business and I will then get in your car. He had.

Second thoughts and pulled out onto the road instead. Other units pulled in.

Behind him and busted him. Took his car and wrote him a citation. What advice.

Can anyone give him? Does he need to show up in court with a lawyer? He isn't.

Sure since it was a misdemeanor citation. Thanks guys.
