Even though it's a paid service, kgirls do and have performed poorly just from bad chemistry or a personal disinterest / dislike of the client for whatever reason. There's no way for me to determine if this was the case for you, but it's pragmatic to keep the possibility in mind (this goes for every monger not just OP).
