I've been in the area more often recently and I've seen quite a few out in the hilltop. With the cold temperatures everyone has hoods or hats but it certainly seems the quantity is there even if determining the quality can be challenging.

I've seen lots more le presence in the bottoms as well and that may partially account for the slowdown. I was leaving a friend's house last night and passed 6 parked cruisers and a command center. It may have had nothing to do with the women but it was certainly offputting.
