So I want to venture out and give the SW scene a try. Never done it before. I have read these posts for the last 3-4 months. I have also read the rules on the site. I understand the need for the LEO check and read about it here. But here's where I am not sure how to, proceed. So when they hop in, you never discuss services or price, but you need the LEO CHECK first. How exactly is this done? What is said? Or do you just grab their tits or crotch and see what happens next? But if you do that can't you be arrested for sexual assault? Or is it 100% on the SW to make the first move?
Appreciate some help on the specific way you guys do this check from start to finish. Thanks in advance for your help.
If she gets in your car, she is not a cop. I always say something like "so let me feel up those tits of yours" and I caress her boobs nice and softly. It doesn't matter if you discuss price or activities. No female cop has ever gotten in a john's car in ever in the history of the United States. Anyone who says otherwise has their head up their ass. Watch a few episodes of COPS.
The rules are totally different if you go to her hotel room. Then you are in a really compromising position, for bad guys and cops.
Here is how it goes down:
Ray Pugh: Hey there! You're really pretty. My name is Ray. Whats yours?
Amber: I'm Amber.
Ray Pugh: Great, lets get to a safe place (drives toward safe place).
Amber: My aunt's house is right there, we can park there.
Ray Pugh: I don't know about that. Don't worry. We will get to a safe place, have some fun, and then you can party all you want at the trap house.
Amber: Okay. How do I know you arent a cop?
Ray Pugh (I touch her boobs) Reach into my pants and play with my dingaling. Don't worry, its clean!(She touches my dingaling).
Amber: Okay. What are you looking to do?
Ray Pugh: I want to do the Humpty Dance. Or the Wild Thing. (Yes, I seriously say this).
Amber: Okay. You got 60?
Ray Pugh: 60? The going rate around here is 30 or 40. Ill do 40 because I'm really generous.
Amber: 40 is fine. You have a condom?
Ray Pugh: Uh, no let's do it raw. I'm clean. You're clean, right?
Amber: Okay, just don't cum inside me.
I always carry a roll of toilet paper in my glove box so she can wipe her pussy off after I shoot my load in her, or if I got to drop a deuce somewhere and I can't get to a gas station. I keep 20 in my pocket, then 10 in one sock and then 5 or another 10 in another sock. I keep my wallet and phone locked up somewhere secure.

My Technique
No talking through the window. Give them a nod and they should jump in. Start driving, introduce yourself, they'll usually give you a name. If they don't ask you first simply ask if they're a cop. They'll say no. Ask them to prove it. They'll grab you or expose a breast for you to touch. Easy as that.
HS.
What's worked for me is a bit different. They come over to my vehicle & try to open the passenger door but it'll be locked. I drop the window about 5 inches & ask their name & they always give one. This brief encounter lets me know if I want to let them in or not.

It's all under 106-35. Loitering-Soliciting Prostitutes:
2). PROHIBITED CONDUCT. It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter or drive in any public place in a manner and under circumstances manifesting the purpose of inducing, enticing, soliciting or procuring another to commit an act of prostitution.
Factors that may be considered in determining whether the purpose referred to in sub. 2 is manifested are the following:
A. That the person frequents, either on foot or in a motor vehicle, a known area of prostitution.
B. That the person repeatedly beckons to stop or attempts to stop, or engages known prostitutes in conversation.
C. That the person stops the motor vehicle the person is the operator of and picks up or attempts to pick up a known prostitute.
D. That the person solicits any individual to engage in prostitution-related activity.
E. Any other evidence which may prove such purpose is manifested.
You know how many cameras they have out there now monitoring vehicles? They were giving out free Ring door bells last year to anyone wanting one that agreed to share them with police. The fine for violating 106-35 is $2,500.00 minimum and $5,000.00 maximum plus the cost of prosecution. There are up to 100 arrest or more a week on the southside alone. You better have a solid reason for being in these areas for hours at a time or driving up and down the same streets. Worst advise ever given out here.

Good Luck

In the meantime you've been arrested and had to post bail, had your car impounded and paid for that to be released. You're looking at 5 k or more in costs. I try to engage in a slight bit more small talk, too, to feel them out. Hunting Streets must be a very intimidating figure, if he can willy nilly pick up these thugs, drop them back off right away without going on a date, and have an easy time of it. I gauge them with doors locked, to discern if they're going to be trouble. Once a troublemaker is in my car, it's too late. I'm not a wimpy figure, either. I'm quite big, but they still get thuggish with me if things don't go well between us.

All one has to do to accurately discern the situation is observe the sheer volume of transactions occurring in the South Loop, and rest easy knowing you can cruise and cruise, solicit and solicit, with impunity, as long as you don't offer or accept an offer from an undercover officer. Watching hundreds of Johns picking up hundreds of hookers in a few-hour span on Greenfield avenue alone will cure the paranoia you are expressing.
Political groups and forums become infiltrated by folks pretending to be one of them, but who work to beat down the spirits of the members and discourage them from activism. Likewise, a forum like this can be infiltrated by folks who try to discourage us. Well, you can forget about it, because I and other real johns will always be here to advocate for our passion, and set the malleable minds straight. Straight on the path to whoremongering, that is!
Free cameras, police, and all of this other scary talk. It's all rubbish. The police are out there looking for violent criminals and drug dealers. They don't give a shit about hookers and johns. I pick girls up right in front of police. I drive around for hours at a time with impunity.

Exactly
A good attorney would have this thrown out in a minute. Nazi Milwaukee ordinance doesn't stand up to the constitution.
Exactly! Local ordinances in any city or village are a joke, not prosecutable. Whenever a person of normal intellect presents as believing in ordinances as opposed to what their eyes and ears observe right in front of them, I do questions his or her sincerity. Such presentation reeks of an agenda.

The only one that's really questionable on my mind (but I'm not a lawyer and don't even play one on TV) is 2 A. There's some pretty easy ways to cover why you're in a particular area for a while, however it sure does give them an excuse to roust you. As you mentioned better have a good story ready. Over and above the financial costs you mentioned there are social implications for some of us as well, family, friends, employers. The only thing I'm doubtful on is how many tickets are issued to mongers each week. Personally I think the number is pretty low unless there's an active sting going on.

The window test is important. Yes I ask their name. It buys you a couple seconds to screen if she is worth receiving my seed. If she has no teeth or has a deep voice, I say "Uh oops I thought you were someone else" and drive off. They usually get mad when I do that.

They've issue hundreds of tickets a night in West Allis for cruising Hwy 100 between 8 pm and 5 am for decades and the 4th Amendment doesn't protect them either. I think more importantly for someone being stopped is to have a logical reason for driving around and being in that area. The last time I was pulled over (with a SW in my car) it was on the way back to drop off. Many years ago. Told them she asked for a ride at a gas station I was at and I was dropping her off. Told her to say the same thing after we were stopped and before they separated us for questioning. An hour later got off with a warning that my name and license plate was going to be entered in "the book" (whatever that is). Most anxious hour I've ever had. A detective along with two other squad cars joined in to assist the officer that pulled me over. Had a come to Jesus moment and swore to myself I'll never do that again if I got off and I haven't since. Didn't do a damn thing wrong either. Cop just noticed us pulling through an intersection while he was parked at a red light. Must have recognized her. Thought for sure I was going to jail.

I got rousted walking up to door of an escorts location in the South Loop. Questioned and badgered me for an hour. Thankfully I had a marginally plausible cover story. They knew I bullshitting but couldn't prove it. They told ne neighbors had been complaining about the traffic levels in and out of the house. I probably could have beat it or pled out in court, but just being taken in would have had catastrophic effects on my home life, friends, employment and side business.

Untouchable
This your safe from trouble topic is an interesting one. Iv been saying for a while now that nothing you do matters, but the " I'm untouchable if " mentally seems to prevail.
The whole dick pic, are you a cop, body check, don't say this or that, your citizen rights, her not getting in the car, the rules you read, delete the texts, use a burner or text app, etc. etc. etc.. Unless you are willing to go in front of a jury and spend thousands. You may lessen your chances, but You absolutely are not safe.
I promise, if they want you. They will get you.
This is a different reason but a few summers ago I got pulled over at the kwik trip at 51st in Rawson by a state trooper for running a red light turning left and I know I did not and laughed at the cop while he's giving me a ticket and long story short I took it all the way to just before the jury was going to be called in and the prosecutor dropped all the charges in the meantime I had my name on the website and in the paper and had to spend a bunch of time going to court 3 separate times.
