My question is, what is an expected hit / miss ratio for having exceptional experiences? I've followed reviews here and elsewhere, but the results have been disappointing. Saigon and Jenny at PT nails have both been extensively reviewed here. There are a few others but again not many. Jackson has a couple great options as well as Toledo.
