For the most part many of the downtown AMPs have avoided certain activities (at least in volume) and the doughnut truck does not come around very often. The ladies in one place specifically asked me to be cool about things. OS did not last long after their activities became well known, and the guys here were pretty and boisterous and loud. Usually, it helps to throw some subtle hints (ie:slow roaming) to give them an idea of what you're looking for and to let them know you aren't an undercover. BUT, I wouldn't even bother with the two places you mentioned. I've been to Oriental Spa and while the massage itself was decent, don't expect any extras. Of course YMMV, but that's how it was for me.
