So maybe thinking would be way over that for FS. I've been to this place numerous times over the years. First couple visits were fine then long hiatus as I became more interested in other places. Detroit metro is too big of a market to have such few options. Part of what keeps the AMPs from offering more is when we are willing to pay what they are asking for. Services available vary by provider, but I've never had any issues. Did she remember you from the previous time? Just trying to help; how did you know you were on the same page if there was a "big language barrier"? LuckyJimmy is right, "QQ" has pretty fair English. Maybe the new provider is actually new to the game, and is testing her ability to extract extra $?

If a provider has good English one time, but is faking inability to understand the next, big red flag. The language thing is a powerful tool they have; we should all be trying to take that away. Only way to equalize is to bolt, so they learn faking misunderstanding leads to less $, not more.

Pre-tipping with a first-time provider is a slightly risky strategy. Granted it gets that out of the way. But what if a whiff of LEO occurs to the provider at the start of the massage? I certainly do it when the first interactions are playful or enthusiastic, but if it's all business when I walk in I tend to wait on forking over tip. YMMV.
