No idea of how I contracted it but woke up one morning exhibiting the symptoms you mentioned and in less than an hour my left leg was beet red from just below the knee to the ankle. If that's the case then "photos not accurate" becomes rather subjective. From that phrase alone you really can't tell if she looks worse than, similar to or even better than her pics.
Second, that website doesn't independently verify photo accuracy. They just go with the info as submitted by reviewers.
