I have no problem compiling and keeping the scores-the scores can be emailed / pm-ed to me, and I will keep them compiled in an excel file.

I'm quite aware that I don't post regularly in this Forum and thus my opinion will be likely discounted. That being said I felt it necessary to voice my thoughts.

As many of you are aware, I started business as an associate of B. I worked for him for a couple of months and then went independent. Interestingly enough, I never had a bad experience with him. Never a raised voice, never a raised hand. When the time came for us to part ways, we did so amicably. In fact he was kind enough to introduce me to the community at large, and until such time as I felt comfortable doing it on my own, he provided screening for me. Negotiations for his services were simple and I have had nothing but good experiences with those he screened for me. Even now if we are not in communication for several days, he will call just to make sure all is well.

I won't bore you all with more, but I felt it necessary to chime in.

No disrespect B, but I got to share what's been said here so many times last year. Just read the many negative posts about you in last summer. You can't just falsify facts that Lily has shared here. You have done some of these things in past and many clients were upset with ya. This year you've been unusually wise, now that's a sign of a true Buddah. Whats in past is in past, just accept it and move on with the renewed yourself. Everyone will come on-board with the honest approach. Just like your friend PhnxPhil did (at least that's what seemed to be the case when he posted his post here stating that he's mended his ways with ya).

Lilly had the courage to say the things she did and so kudos to her for keeping it all real here. On the other hand, what B shared today in the "news and media reports" today, about some Dave guy in Arizona, this kinda information is invaluable and the main reason for this board to be in place. For instance if a lady decides to participate she MIGHT adjust her rates as follows:

DATY Contest Session Only=$50. 00 (lady keeps $40. 00 and $10. 00 for the jackpot)

DATY Contest / BBBJ Only= $75. 00 (lady keeps $65. 00 and $10. 00 for the jackpot)

DATY Contest / HHR=$120. 00 (lady keeps $110. 00 and $10. 00 for the jackpot)

DATY Contest / HR=$200. 00 (lady keeps $190. 00 and $10. 00 for the jackpot)

Molly and the ladies come up with a fair grading system that might look like this:

Suction / wetness: 1-5pts.

Style: 1-5 pts.

Technique: 1-5pts.

Tongue Dexterity: 1-5pts.

Extracurricular talent 1-5pts.

One pop in 15 mins or less 10pts. (lose one point for each minute after 15)

Multiple pops in 15 mins or less 25pts.

Squirting in 15 minutes or less 50pts.

You have one month. You must see at least THREE DIFFERENT ladies, but then may repeat or see others. Your top three scorecards are what counts-those are averaged to a total score.

Winner gets 75% of pot.

2nd get 15%

Now to the ladies wondering. In the past these type of contest gain you new clients you might not see which may cause repeat business. It might also cause some old favorites to visit you that you haven't seen in a while. It seems like you would be giving up $10 on each session, but you should more then make up the discount in new business if they guys that have chimed in are serious and not just blowing smoke.

At face value you see a post being made by a "senior member" with 400+ posts. I spot checked his posting history when I read the remarks that he made about Erika513 being LE. If there is anything of value or substance in his history then I must have missed it.

The source of most of his posts appear to come from viewing images in the picture gallery. He sees a picture, clicks the link, and then spews forth his useless dribble in city threads all across the country. The dumb fuck often doesn't care that he is making his useless comments in the No Reviews or Commentary threads (as he did with his comment on Erika).

My post is not an endorsement of Erika513 because I have not seen her. I agree that we need to vet new providers, but let's also vet the comments made by our senior members to ensure they are actually "trusted members". Erika has a couple of reviews here and as I recall they might have been made by newer members. I also agree that something may not appear quite right about her pics and / or her ad copy, but someone jacking off to the picture gallery and thinking out loud is probably not the one that deserves to be casting doubt on her credibility.

I also think that there would be a lot less skepticism if the provider in question had been 30 lbs. Overweight and middle-aged. There is within the community a certain subgroup that almost seems to prefer the older, heavier, less attractive providers. Not me. I want the young hotties (who are of legal age and here of their own free will, of course) ; and I want to provide a welcoming environment for the "newbie" ladies.

At the same time, we need to protect ourselves from fraud and entrapment.

One method might be to have a senior member (either a hobbyist or a provider)"sponsor" newbie providers. I am admittedly fuzzy on the details of how this would work. The problem, though, is that if a newbie provider comes here and everyone simply avoids her, she will grow discouraged and quickly leave. We don't want this to happen, either.

One thing to keep in mind if seeing a newbie: Keep your language in check. Always be attentive for anything that smacks of offering to exchange sex for money, as this is exactly what *they* want you to say.

With the resources that we have here, we should be able to collaborate to make things safe and enjoyable for everyone. This is, in my view, an important topic that deserves more attention.

On the larger topic, I agree that we need to have better ways to verify Providers. Obviously, if one Provider knows another and they will vouch for each other, that works similar to how it does for the guys. RENU is a highly touted organization, quite capable of taking advantage of small heads doing all of the thinking.

No one wants to kill your chances. Based on your pics, you are young and attractive-exactly what we need here.

I brought the issue up in response to another post I saw about you. Clearly some guys were holding off on seeing you because they were uncertain of whether or not you were legit. Ordinarily, the guys would be raving about a new, young, blonde provider. I wanted to see you myself, but I was hesitating as well.

Please understand the background: A few weeks ago there were a series of busts in Dayton, in which LE undercover agents were posing as providers. This is why everyone was so cautious when you appeared on the scene. No one knew who you were, or where you came from.

You happened to show up at time when there is a heightened level of cautiousness on the board. If there are doubts about a provider, the best course of action is for someone to raise the question (which everyone is wondering anyway). Then people can speak up for you, provided you are legitimate. Once you are vetted, you should receive even more business from the community here.

I have never met her or spoken with her. But, the same way I would screen any of you I can tell you from the info just here on Usag that she is Not Leo. That's just about 20 years of screening 1000's of clients and providers. I say anyone who honestly thinks she is a cop has no place in this hobby.

If anyone has actually seen her, or if her mentors, Chrissee or Morgan, can supply any insight to the mystery of her status, please send me a private message to bolster my confidence. Include me with those wishing her a safe and prosperous journey into the hobby, but I'm still finding it difficult to make that call? Erika, if you read this, I would welcome a pm from you as well. If you would like to offer some encouragement, I would appreciate hearing from you as well? Why are providers charging more for outcall, over incall? I would think that because they don't have the overhead of having to get a room somewhere, the cost savings should be passed on to the customer. If not, just charge the same rate. They still end up pocketing more.

This is true of course unless the provider is working out of her home, which is CRAZY! (Didn't Crissee get into trouble with that; working from home?)

There is a certain subgroup of hobbyists who seem to believe that every provider *must* be older, overweight, and / or on the rough side. If they see a post with an attractive picture (especially a professionally done picture) their immediate reaction is "TGTBT"!

I have never understood the hobbyists who will walk right by an attractive young lady and give their dollars to a middle-aged provider who desperately needs the services of Jenny Craig. I can understand setting one's sights at a "realistic" level in a bar on Friday night. But the point of the hobby is that you get to choose what you want. (And I want the young hot ones.)

As Lilly21 recently noted, there *are* very attractive women who are a.) providers and b.) present themselves professionally. I have noticed a big improvement in the local hobby scene since the old message boards started up around 2000. No one here doubts Dawn, for example; and she is young, attractive, and posts good pictures of herself. The same can be said of Dixie and Silk.

I understand the need to be vigilant. Ask questions. Check reviews. But don't automatically assume that every hot young lady with decent pics is LEO.

[/QUOTE]At a guess, I'd say travel time and inconvenience mean she's spending more actual time on an outcall client than an incall one, thereby reducing her potential earnings versus all incall. Time is money, so that time cost is passed on to the consumer.

If she's doing incall *and* outcall, she still has to pay for the room, even when she's not there.

I have seen 3 of the sexy four girls. They are all young, pretty and very professional.

Then if I am lucky enough that I can schedule 2 appointments I am at +35. 00.

Scheduling is always a hard time either everyone wants the same time or you book and someone may cancel for a time slot that you have just turn others down for. Now none can make it. Just shit like that ya know.

Now if a girl leave the room to do a outcall at 3pm. She has to be done, showered, make up etc. By 2pm to give her travel time.

So now she is starting at 10am but has to be finished by 1 to be ready for her 3pm that leaves me 10-12 to get someone in there. So if all goes well with traffic / directions and the outcall she will be back by 5. I just lost 4 hours and left a room empty that I had to risk the cash on. Plus gas and it always turns out 3-4 will try to book during that 4 hours she is not available.

It's just cheaper to stay in the room.

Now when I have more than one or two girls available. No trouble at all. I can risk that.

I hope this makes sense.
