A few of the bars will be rich with talent from early afternoon, and many will be hopping crazy and wild in the middle of the night until dawn, but 10 am through noon will be just plain dead almost everywhere. The good news is there is one exception. That is the favorite bar for most of the gringos, Hong Kong. That place keeps the merchandise stocked around the clock. It is probably the worst hours for HK too, but you should find something you like. The street girls may be your best bet and certainly your best bargain.
