Been browsing the forum quite a bit lately and figured it was time for me to start contributing. Just a heads up that I was just down in the lower Chapel area and there was just *seemed* to be leo EVERYWHERE. Quite a few "don't seem too right" people standing around for what seemd to be no reason. Saw what seemd to be 4 or 5 blacked out vehicles also. 3 seemd to be your typical police type cars the other 2 were explorer type vehicles. Again, I have NO idea what this was for and it honestly may be nothing. Just observing and reporting.

I don't want to throw alarms and my apologies if I'm not posting properly. But just wated to make some aware of what didn't seem too right to me.

I'm slowly trying to get into this "hobby" a little more and would like to help out when / if I can.
