I don't think that not having a burner phone warrants a monger to get caught. It doesn't seem like a logical opinion to have. Especially when you apply the fact that hobbyists come from all walks of life and are of many different backgrounds. Some are honest joes who work hard and like to play hard every once in a while (pun? Plus, most burner phones are of the pre-smartphone variety. So you best hope you don't mind texting on those tiny, one-letter keypads. And then there is the occasional provider who demands pictures. A throw of the dice though, and neither here nor there.

It MAY be used as evidence, after the fact upon investigation of an arrest of being caught in the act of real solicitation and meet-up, but the meet up and arrest would have to come first. Other than that, if LE has her text history, they can only deduce or make up a list of potentials to watch out for and then cross reference if ever arrested, Maybe.

One SW that I had digits for sent a text offering to do an outcall one afternoon out of the blue.
We texted back and forth and then she texted that she would come to me only for the right amount of money.
