They made this change as some of the girls were feeling pressured to offer that and some were declining coming to Louisville thinking they would have to offer it. As for the huge enhanced breasts, they all use images that are heavily digitally enhanced. When you look at their body type stats an (E) after cup size indicated enhanced. In general, I've found in regards to the actual breast sizes, ignore the photos completely and subtract 1 cup size from what is advertised and you won't be surprised by reality when you visit. So far, the only girls I have visited that had man mades have advertised as such (E). I prefer natural breasts as well. That said, the girls that were enhanced all had very natural feeling enhancements. None I've visited had the cheap hard bolt-ons that I have encountered on massage girls and local dancers.
