If you're not referring to me - then sorry but if you're not specific we just have to ASSume but something like that is so petty and minor that it really shouldn't bother you that much. If only we could control the world.

& don't hold your breath waiting for providers to come down on their rates; don't see it happen often and doubt that will really change much.
