I wrote everything out in guides, so I will summarize some of it here in one place.

DH shops do not guarantee or advertise fs since they're not allowed to. But girls generally offer fs at a minimum. If a guy is GFE only and fs is all he's looking for, I have heard 0k to 20k is common. A few guys reported multiple 0k (included) experiences, while most guys always had to negotiate 10k or 20k. For negotiation, there is the Bribs maneuver:

This is the way.

It is about 28k yen or $190 to deliver a TAE girl for about 1 hour. 40k or $272 for 2 hours. A 10k yen tip is currently $68.

Since I negotiated for a triple menu of fs, bb, video, I tended to tip higher. Every girl offered fs, some girls offered bb, and full video is not common while some girls had rules or restrictions. Saw Baby Mana this past weekend. Either "baby" doesn't mean what I think it means or the age bracket includes ladies in their 30's (or look like they're in their 30's).
