Hey guys what's up? I moved to Denver and I miss OC. SW action here is not the same. I'm reading that Harbor has been picking up - I wish I was there. Hopefully, one of these days I can make a trip to OC. Before I left less than a month ago I frequented a lot of Condo Ops in Irvine. Great experiences off of Jamboree.
I'm still searching for a decent SW in Denver to suck on the chorizo - so far no luck. If you are ever in Denver let me know - I'll try to point you in the right direction but I'm still in the learning stages.

Dude, be glad that you did not got back there. That is exactly what they do for a sting. The girl sends you around the corner and cops are there waiting. MOst SW that I have negotiated with would get in the car as soon as the agreed upon price went down. Be thankful!!

Around the other side of the build was a police trailer and about 6 police cars. The WSW only wanted to go around the corner and would not go to a room. I was lucky she said everything and the only thing I said was date and do you have a room.

I was cruzing southbound just south of the 22 at 8:30PM, when I drove past Cardinal I saw a very attractive SW at the corner of what I believe is Woodbury, she was moving towards a car that just pulled off of HB and on to the street. I went down to Westminister and made a you turn, when I got back to Woodbury, I saw a car turing south on HB with a police car lights and sirons chasing this guy, it was crazy. At first I thought he just got caught with real SW, but after reading these posts I see it was indeed a sting. Yikes. Be carefull.

When I monger I am usually on the road, in a rental car. I rent on priceline and get a minivan for the price of sedan under usual circumstances. Most minivans can fold the middle seat so there is a lot space in the back. 99% also have tinted windows in the back. If you park in the shade, it is impossible to see inside. This setup works best parked where no one in their right mind would be hsving sex.

Yes, as has been pointed out it was obviously a sting, and those were impounded cars -- if you'd gone back there it would have been 3 being towed. That one was *screaming* sting.
It is rarely that obvious, but never, ever negotiate on the street. No SW is going to talk prices outside the car -- if they don't try to get into your car immediately, 90% its a sting; and if they talk prices and services before getting in, its 99% likely a setup. Real SWs will try to open your door the moment you pull up, and won't talk prices until you bring it up or do the standard LE check. Conversely, no decoy is not going to go around the block with you, and for sure not without talking explicitly about services and money. It is virtually impossible to be busted in the pick-up unless you're really, really sloppy. 99.9% of stings happen with a decoy sending you somewhere after talking about everything from a safe distance, but within range of the microphone. Stick to the rule of not doing anything but offering her a lift until you drive at least a couple of blocks and you'll be okay. If she asks "what are you looking for" before you get at least a couple blocks away, then play dumb until you at least a 4-6 blocks from where you picked her up. No police decoy is going to take that risk and if you're not pulled over by then, she's not LE; if you are, then you would have put nothing at risk other than picking up a hitchhiker, which wouldn't even get written up.
Sorry for taking so much space to point out the obvious here -- but that post blew me away!
This seems odd. I've been mongering on the streets and in MPs of OC since the mid 80's and I don't ever remember seeing a sting in Santa Ana. Costa Mesa many times and I've always reported it in my posts, but not Santa Ana. And none of the players have changed in SA, same Chief of Police same short stupid mayor...?
Sure the hell sounds like a sting. Maybe we will see Dave Lopez and his CBS 2 van chasing SW's down Harbor like he did a year ago asking them questions. Or maybe it will be in the OC Register next week, you know...yesterdays news tomorrow.

I would not put it past your local constabulary, as stings seem to be popping up all over the place. However, I do not necessary believe that post from Joe Neruda was on the level.

Occasionally a SW will have you meet them a block down or something, but it's fairly rare. Sometimes a decoy will direct you to meet them in back even if you have not implicated youreself.
In many cases you will not see any sign the cops are conducting a sting in back. This is especially true if the cops are conducting a motel sting.
This was was on thursday nite, they set up on the dead end street between car dealership and harbor frieght. The girls were too hot for harbor, and there was now way I was going to drive into a dead end street.Sure enough on second pass there was PO lights at the end of the street.The funny thing is there were still dumb shits trying to make deals with the girls within plain view of the police vechicle down the street.I did watch them close up shop and had undercover johns pick up the girls.
