Banks seem to lump these in together, I guess because there are so many scammy "dating" sites that are just there to get you to pay for premium to message girls that aren't really there.

Earlier this year they had the option to email them and do that. I've never had this hard a time but that could be a sigh to save my money ha!

So I used it. I tried several times to do it on line but it kept failing. Finally I had to call SA customer service and they were able to push it through. So even if you have trouble on line customer service can process it.
