Any old timers remember this girl from back in the day?

I was passing between 408 and I4 on the trail this evening and noticed a very good looking blonde, tatted, maybe 20's, alongside an older brunette maybe late 30's. They were standing on a street corner near the titty bars clearly not going anywhere.

Seemed like she was acting as the manager for the young talent and she wanted to know if I had a room nearby as her companion "was working".
