Most of these that have so called free money to give know they're in a high position to get scammed they do do it anyways because number 1 they have that type of money to fuck over and 2 guys that complains about such shit are broke (this is their way of thinking and not mines). I remember visiting Colombia and a group of prostitutes was talking to some largely unattractive other guys about how certain guys don't want to pay them $150 for sex.
