She could have told us as we were making the appointment- "just so you know, I'll need 20 minutes to get ready once you are in the parking lot and another 20 minutes in the restroom to freshen up once you are in the room" - but she chooses not to do that- why. Because then no one would make the drive over to see her. She figures if you've made the trip to the parking lot, she can string you along and you aren't going to leave. Sad behavior and we are almost just as sad for tolerating it. Glad this forum / board is available to help flush out the game players like Renee.

Rude, maybe. Bad for her business, absolutely! However I don't see this as her playing a game. It is not like she starts the clock when you get there and then wastes it getting ready. Her session timer (if she actually had one) starts when she is ready. I fully agree she needs to fix this bit it ain't a game. If you know her well like some of us, you know own that is just her.
