If you want a good rate, try off hours during the week, preferable as early as will allow for the provider to be actually awake. And if you want priority, you have to pay.

Today I booked for half hour I texted her at 12:45 pm she text me an hour with the rates her other responses was an hour later I got turned off I always scheduled for the morning but these providers do not reply until at 2 pm.
