Maybe the senior guys know them better and are treated better but the two senior responses so far seem to think you made a good move. I wouldn't go somewhere that was not agreed upon. The original setup the day before they were both at the same hotel and in the confirmation an hour or so before the date I confirmed the hotel and was told yes. I can say I have met with Erika and had a great time. We hit it off well and clicked right. But I realize a few people are definitely not having a good experience.
