However, It would be hard to prove what you paid for without testimony from either you (obviously your not telling) or the masseuse you employed. She might talk. If she does, you could be charged. This type of follow up investigation in these cases, however, is extremely rare. Typically, they just want to shut the people down and take the easy charges against the operators.
