Since it was from my burner / google voice number I wanted to answer but was with company at the time. In retrospect scam or no scam, probably better to not even communicate with these people.

I think a place like that would make a fortune here because they would have no real competition. There's nothing on that NYC level here and that's including KP.

The problem is none of these Chinese Chicago agencies want to take the risk of opening a place like that. The way it was explained to me is that Chicago mongers have a reputation for being cheap. This is why they come here for volume fucking with heavy restrictions and quick turnarounds.
