Current PPM rate
I am jumping back in after taking a hiatus for two years. Currently two of them have quoted 500 PPM. One is late twenties and the other early forties. Neither can host and wants me to get a hotel room.
I am thinking they are out of their mind. Yes they are smart and nice women. But there's got to be sane ones out there who can host and isn't asking 500 ppm. Right? Or is the market rate this high now?

If you don't think sex w a particular girl is worth shelling out 500+dinner+hotel, then negotiate. If she won't budge, find one who will. They DO exist, it just takes time & effort. My advice next time would be to make your offer first and give some reasons. Then if they counter with a stupid high number, they look greedy and you don't want to fw them anyways. The sane ones will see a "bird in the hand" and take you up on it. Can't help you with hosting, LOL, goddamn cheaters. Good luck.

Negotiate from there.
Also if they're asking you to get a hotel room, they should be willing to compromise on ppm, say -$100 or something.

Keep in mind to clarify what a meet means to them. I tell them it's at least a half day (multiple hours not rushed).
