Both of these are silly stories though. I was taught how to deal with bears by an experienced Doyon Inuit Eskimo a long time ago:

You don't have to outrun the bear or your companion. If at first you can't scare it off simply buy banging a stick and ringing a bear bell (which every hiker in deep wilderness should carry), you just throw salmon jerky at it (which you keep sealed until you need it) then toss the rest to each side of the trail and simply walk calmly further down the trail. It will leave you alone because it will busily search the brush for hours for the scattered scent.

It works like a charm. I have done it several times, once in Denali, once in Yosemite, and once in Boone National Forest.

Web sites like this one offer a menu of sorts so we can shop for a provider who fits are needs. How does it work for us to post a real photo of ourselves while we are the ones doing the shopping? This isn't a dating site.

Regardless if you've had an "incredible" time with Lizzy or Heidi (one of her ads goes with the "Heide" spelling), this provider has decided to put herself out there because she felt it would be beneficial in terms of earning a profit in this biz. Correction, she put a photo of a hot blonde and then Elizabeth Shue out there to try to earn a profit from their looks instead of hers. Then you come on here and write something ridiculous like, it's not her fault Elizabeth Shue looks like her.

Then you "dare" us to use our photos and real names in these types of ads because she's the one taking the real risk by entering into the biz and how "dare" us hobbyists criticize the ad because we somehow are a group of chicken-shitz in general, and we would have an incredible time with her anyway, even if she didn't look like a famous actress, which is borderline ludicrous.

Personally, I won't see a provider who uses fake pics. Now, if I had any type of urge or curiosity to see this provider after reading the positive comments about her, you just ruined it with your post.

Yes she was late...Yes it is and was a problem...

But I did tell you about it and updated you everytime I was updated. I cannot call or text them constantly as they use the GPS on their phones.

Traffic, lack of sunlight and street lights, unfamiliar part of town, wrong turns, wrong directions from GPS (yes this happens), and just the basic fact she is a girl driving herself in the middle of the night using the phone makes them late.

At no point did you act like it was a issue. I would think most providers show up 15-20 late the first time visiting most clients cause they don't know where to park and what building it is and apartment etc..

It's to reason you would not have plans at 8:01 pm. It seems as it's 2 days before Christmas you would be more forgiving. Yes I recruit the young and hot providers. Maybe I am Insane but they have what most all other providers cannot match, youth and looks.

Yes they are hard to motivate and get commitments from. They do not deal with the backlash... I do.. I try to get them all on the same level but it takes time. And I know your time is important and is mine and hers.

If you want bash and ridicule me over Melea being late 40 min then that's your right and that is what makes USASG great. I can certainly see why a lot of providers do not offer outcall. Not everyone likes or uses my service. I understand.

I work a few jobs. At one I am a chauffer for a limousine company. I know things happen when you are going to a new place to meet a person. I have had my gps send me 20 minutes from where I was supposed to be picking my pax up. I have passed exits driving through construction on interstates adding unaccounted for minutes to my drive time. Traffic jams can get you when & where ever you go. For these and many more reasons I try to map out any and all trips as soon s I get the info. If I even think I am going to be close to late I call the dispatch or the client to verify location or even have them walk me in to their location. Why? Because I am a professional, I want my clients to have nothing but rave reviews of my service. I want them to request me for their future needs in transportation. I understand shit happens, that's why I am proactive. I would rather be 15,25 or even an hour early to a pick up than 1 minute late. I don't get paid extra if I am a half hour early. But I have never been late when I showed up early either. I know every time your girls are late they are going to say sorry I did not mean to be late. My question to them is did you mean not to be late? Cause if you ment to not be late, more times than not, your not going to be late. For you to tell your girls it's ok to be late 15-20 minutes every time they meet a new client at a new location (and that's exactly what you did with your post here) is bad business. You re enabling them to continue their less than professional ways. Think about it fellow mongers, if you had a work meeting somewhere any you'd never been there before, wouldn't you plan to arrive early 10-20-30 minutes. That's just part of the job so that at meeting time, you KNOW you're going to be where you need to be. Getting lost happens but it doesn't become a problem unless you've timed everything for perfection.

Pros, and I include Ally in that group (as well as some of the other "usual suspects" of top providers that roam these parts), know that chit can happen that they set their plans to allow for it without it effecting the meeting time.

And while I'm on a rant. The un-pro thing that makes me absolutely nuts is when you talk to a provider to get the general area, then you talk to her to get the specific property, then you call to say "I'm in the parking lot, what room" and they say "by the way, do you have any raincoats, I'm all out". I know, I know. Boy scouts are always prepared but sometimes there are circumstances where I just don't want to be walking around with a pocket full of trojans. And then, to wait for the third call to say BYOC. Seriously. WTF. That's like the plumber showing up at your front door to repair the leaky shower and announcing he can only do it if you've got a pipe wrench in the basement.

Last time I got that message 60 seconds from hitting the room, I said screw it, I'm out of here. Miraculously, I got a call back in 30 seconds announcing that some supplies had just mysteriously appeared.

Anyway, my point is that a pro is not just a pro during the meeting, they're a pro during all the prep too. Going early to be sure they're not late. Having all the appropriate supplies. Being focused on good communications before and during a session. All these little things add up and ladies, you can say it's not your job because we're only paying for the half hour or hour (or more) of your time. What sets the Ally's, Molly's, or LSM's (as examples) apart is they know that they have to prepare to deliver a great experience. It ain't just good luck. There are more than a few providers who think their only role in all this is to show up and be horny. That sure helps but the prep makes all the difference in the world.

First of all, let me correct you on your numbers. She was NOT 40 minutes late. She was 54 minutes past the appointment when she CALLED me, which doesn't even mean she has arrived. I looked out the window and there was no one there. Providers who do outcall are NOT always 15-20 minutes late. If that's your expectation without telling the client that it's a possibility, then you are in the wrong business.

FYI-- I gave her up to 45 minutes to be late, which is TRIPPLE your 15 minute expectation. That's when I cancelled, at 45 minutes. And the reason I didn't act like it was a problem until it became a problem (at the 40 minute mark when I texted that I was thinking of cancelling.) is because it wouldn't have helped the situation. Would she have gotten there any sooner if I told you I was getting pissed?

Secondly, it doesn't matter whether or not I have plans at 8:01. Whether I do or do not is of no concern of yours. If I planned on just walking around my house naked with a vacuum cleaner hose stuck up my ass giving myself an enema at 8:05, that's MY TIME and not for you or or any provider to allocate for yourselves as a buffer. You want a buffer? You ask for one.

It doesn't matter if it's 2 days before Christmas, or 10 days after Cinco de Mayo. I made the appointment for 7 pm, you accepted and verified. It's not unreasonable for me to expect that she be there at 7 pm. I think, and everyone here pretty much agrees that me giving her 45 minutes before cancelling was being generous of me.

If she has GPS (as you claim she was using) she has ZERO excuses why she couldn't be there within a reasonable time, and 54 minutes before calling allegedly from my house is NOT reasonable. I can drive from downtown to King's Island AND BACK in 45 minutes. I can drive from Covington, KY to the northern part of Lexington, KY in 55 minutes. I can make an entire drive around the I-275 loop, all 80 miles of it, in 55 minutes. ZERO excuses.

So, if you think that coming here on The Octagon, and make yourself out to be the victim of some unreasonable man, then you really need to learn some customer service skills. I was more than reasonable; more than some of the other guys. A better businessman would have apologized, offer to re-schedule with a time guarantee, or just say, "I'm going to address this with Melea so it never happens again.

THAT would have been the thing to do. Instead you try to make me out to be the unreasonable bad guy, trying to excuse the tardiness with, "It was 8:01 pm 2 days before Christmas. You can't be doing anything else anyway." That is bull shit. 100% utter bull shit.

I have to say, a few recent posts by a couple of individuals has me worried. I'm sure the other rational, normal, members of this board know immediately who I mean.

It's not just the veiled (or not so veiled) threats against providers, but the general timbre of the posts that gives me mental images of a John Wayne Gacy type angrily grinding out these messages.

I have not, since my 1 and ony visit with Melea 10 months ago, used EE and am not inclined to ever attempt it again. I'll stick with the independents I know or new ones who are highly reviewed here. It's not unreasonable for me to expect that she be there at 7 pm. I think, and everyone here pretty much agrees that me giving her 45 minutes before cancelling was being generous of me.

If she has GPS (as you claim she was using) she has ZERO excuses why she couldn't be there within a reasonable time, and 54 minutes before calling allegedly from my house is NOT reasonable. I can drive from downtown to King's Island AND BACK in 45 minutes. I can drive from Covington, KY to the northern part of Lexington, KY in 55 minutes. I can make an entire drive around the I-275 loop, all 80 miles of it, in 55 minutes. ZERO excuses.

So, if you think that coming here on The Octagon, and make yourself out to be the victim of some unreasonable man, then you really need to learn some customer service skills. I was more than reasonable; more than some of the other guys. A better businessman would have apologized, offer to re-schedule with a time guarantee, or just say, "I'm going to address this with Melea so it never happens again.
