For each person who shares information here, there are many who read but never post, and many more who aren't even members. Remember, anyone can read these forums, there is no requirement to log in or join.

PD's like New Haven, Bridgeport, East Hartford, etc. Have a lot more to do than smaller towns and need more complaining than other places before they act. I remember locations opening up in Cromwell and Glastonbury, not even close to providing services like DD, yet getting nailed by LE in a very short time.
