If LEO is reading this site, they have figured out all the abbreviations, code words, and adjectives we use, no reason to make costs more difficult. I always mention the costs, with a dollar sign, and the exact amount I spent. (Unless I overpaid, and am too embarrassed to admit that out loud). We should all stick with the same system for reviews, for ease of understanding, and discussion.

BUT she quoted me $140 for massage and specified strictly therapeutic. At $80 I probably would have scheduled because I do think her massage is as good as any legit spa or resort massages I've had in the past. She mentioned rates vary based on day and time but we talked about mid-day on a weekday so just made no sense. I got other bids close to that fee, except one was aprox 400% higher. I was surprised at the cost difference, and actually mentioned it to the contractor, he told me you pay for quality work. I was talking later with someone familiar with the industry, and he told me, the man was ready for retirement, and didn't want to work, but if a high enough paying job came along, he took advantage, and would call his workers who were also all retirement age. The point is, SW's in general can go for quantity or higher costs and less work, frequently it works out about equal. But, the more customers you have, the more chance you can have regular work.

If they don't really want the job they'll quote something ridiculous thinking for that much they'll bite the bullet and take the job if your foolish enough to pay. But it doesn't make sense here. Been seeing the positive reports so thought I'd give it a try.
