There's really no excuse for repeated no call no show.
I'm always willing to give a second chance, phones do die and shit happens. But after three or four [I]second[/I] chances, the last bridge is burned. No matter how great the product is, if the customer service sucks, I'm shopping elsewhere.

I've dreamt of her three times now and she has always been top notch. She can be a little hard to get a hold, I agree with that, but she was well worth the effort. I do agree that it would not take long to let you know she was sorry. Would have made it easier to stomach the wasted time / drive. And the disappointment. She's young though- meaning she has the general whatever attitude (though not once you're there with her). I wouldn't take it personally.
