Some places 60 is the going rate, especially if they ask for it up front. If they ask for 60 and you offer less they might go for it but you will not get the best service and you will not be someone they will be that happy to see. If they don't ask up front and give you good service and you give them 40 or less they will probably protest, especially if they let you roam certain places.
If you really care about 10 or 20 then find a place with lower quality providers, older uglier ones. Sorry to be blunt. Or you can opt for hhr instead of hr. But if you want to go to normal or higher quality places then it really isn't worth it to try and be cheap. You will not get the best service and you will never be one they would like to see coming back in the door. In a lot of ways this is just common sense.
