I wouldn't expect much from any of those in any city. I had a lot of extra fun offered when I was at Tootsie's and PP in OP, but I'm a mileage guy, not an extras guy. I've also heard that you can get a lot of fun at DD in Pompano. However, all three clubs are overwhelmingly hispanic, with "You wan dans?" Being the limits of an English conversation. DD is the worst in that respect.

He says such threat would not work with him anyway, no basis for him to worry. He told me that he heard this babydaddy works at some restaurant in Cape Coral supposedly, but he takes that with a grain of salt. Or should that be "a pinch of salt".

And allegedly, he knows nothing of her esc biz outside of her house cleaning biz. Hard to believe that. Oh. He also told me that he had never ever met a woman or man that can talk so much and so rapidly, mumbles or not. LOL. She be trippin in the head? Or is that chemical alteration doing that? That's why normally LE records your audio / video explicitly saying any trade happens with money. This forum have many information regarding that, when you meet anyone, always say that money is for book reading, also talk in roses instead of $.

Even if you write to someone and discuss money does not prove that you actually met. So I believe we don't have to worry. Next time if he calls anyone, tell him that you never met anyone named Dani and you are going to police for blackmailing.

Thanks for the info. I am sure you are being given serious consideration regardless of the # of posts you've made. My guess is that he's her psychotic ex. Claims that he isn't, but how else do you explain the unrestricted access to Dani's phone, threatening the men she's dated? I agree that what we'd be accused of doing (not actually doing) would be a rather low level crime. Seeing as how Lee County can't solve murders, I'd say they have bigger things on their plate. Better safe than sorry though. He's already contacted over ten fellows. His words, not mine.

He has to a) prove that I own the email in question, then b) prove that I met her. If he can do that, then c) prove sexual services were rendered EXPLICITLY for money, rather than an act between two consenting adults where a donation was given for time. That said, I'm trying to make sure we all go home after a date safely and with our belongings. Some of you guys have kids and wives. By me telling you about psychopaths or scammers, I'm, in a way, making sure you get to see them again. You guys know this better than I do. It's been what? A year since I began this hobby? Are you sure you have to meet to have committed a crime? Prostitution is one crime, and meeting might be required. But what about solicitation? Criminal solicitation is requesting, encouraging or demanding someone to engage in criminal conduct, with the intent to facilitate or contribute to the commission of that crime. Most commonly, solicitation refers to solicitation of prostitution the crime of soliciting someone to engage in prostitution. And there is also criminal conspiracy, which is a felony even if it's a conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor.

I wouldn't be too worried about it, because the police cannot prove that your email did not get hacked, or if the "evidence" is real. Unless they have access to the email directly, they will not build a case on a printout of an email. I hardly think it's worth it for the police to pursue.

Because I've spoken with her when her boyfriend suspected something and came over to her apartment to beat her ass and steal some of her things. Search back through these forums and you can find other members saying to hold off on contacting the girl, because she was dealing with some drama. Guess what? Her ex-boyfriend's fists were the problems she was having. Unless she lied, because these were her words. She also has to deal with her boyfriend watching the place, and I've heard through the grapevine from a trustworthy source that she's gotten phone calls from the guy during dates wondering who some guy was and all that. The guy has his friends scoping her apartment.

That's why I'm letting you all know this stuff. The guy doesn't sound too stable. If he beat his baby momma with his own two hands, imagine what he'll do to a male he's not related to. Food for thought.

You can't be arrested for prostitution after the fact, unless she was maybe underage, but she is definitely not. Sounds like the only thing to worry about here is maybe this dude somehow contacting your family or employer maybe, and that sounds unlikely because he doesn't sound like he's the sharpest knife in the drawer and very unstable. My biggest worry would be for somehow when she gets out that she gets back with this dude, which is very likely, and he gets her to start setting people up for robberies and shit. Any future dealings with her are at your own risk, who needs this drama over a piece of ass.
